Streetplay.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Streetplay.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

"E-mail this page" and Postcards
If a user elects to use our "E-mail this page" referral service, or sends someone a Streetplay Postcard, we ask them for the name and e-mail address of the recipient. Streetplay.com will automatically send the recipient a one-time e-mail with the information the sender had requested. Streetplay.com stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail. We do not add the recipient's information to our database of users or use it for any reason other than the referral; the recipient may contact Streetplay.com at http://www.streetplay.com/contactus.shtml to ensure this. E-mail addresses provided by "E-mail this page" and/or Postcard senders may be used by Streetplay.com to contact them later for promotional or other reasons.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If a user's personally identifiable information changes, or if a user no longer desires our services, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. Each of our newsletter messages contains a link at the bottom for the reader to correct contact information, or to unsubscribe from the list entirely. If the user cannot use this link or has contact information concerns beyond our newsletter, the user can contact us by using http://www.streetplay.com/contactus.shtml and we will manually correct/amend the information.

Choice/Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt-out of receiving it by using a link provided at the bottom of the message.

If our users want to have their information totally removed from all databases we keep, they can contact us by using http://www.streetplay.com/contactus.shtml, specifying the "Opt-out" option on the form.

If a user provides personal information to us subsequent to having opted-out, that user must opt-out again to be removed again from our databases.

Some services on Streetplay.com will send a one-time automatic e-mail response to reader using them, such as our contact us page, regardless of their opt-out status.

Users of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not.

Notification of Changes

We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
