Tracy Davis and Cesar Sala

Tracy and Cesar, Streetplay's Rising Star reporters are rising stars themselves. Both of them are 22 year old highly regarded handball players and both are still getting better. Last year Tracy was a finalist in the Nationals Singles and with her partner Brenda Pares, winner of the St Albans Big Blue B Doubles tournament. Tracy received an award from the St Albans Handball Association for the most improved player of 1999.

Last year Cesar and Joe Kaplan won the Mayor's Cup Doubles and were runner ups in the One Wall National Doubles. Cesar was also a Semi Finalist in the One Wall National Singles. Cesar is the current World Champion in Junior Singles having won at the last Handball World Championship in 1997 when he was 19.

Tracy is just a couple of credits away from completing her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn. She plans on obtaining a Bachelors Degree with the goal of pursuing a career in the communications field. Cesar, also a resident of Brooklyn, is attending Kingsborough Community College and focusing his studies in the field of Marketing and Advertising.
